1st the amount of the complaint was for he made it sound like that was all labor when $was for the chemicals that was purchased2nd
when we spoke to the person who set up the appointment it was explained that we do not put the chemicals in because of the time it takes in between adding each chemical and it was okayed3rd the motor in question was never broken my installer felt that it was left out all winter long and had ceased upwe repaired this for no charge even though it was not our responsibilityHowever since Mr ***'s mother has always been a good customer and had apologized for her son[***'s] "attitude" in her words we not only fixed all their problems but sat in her yard for hours putting in and explaining to her how to use the chemicalseven though this was not the job we agreed to do
