Review: Do not purchase a car from Bayou Boy Wholesale, prices are inflated ( [redacted] on Canal st dealership will tell you that the bank sets the price) not true . Two days after it was purchase I had to send it back because the check engine light came on and the windsheild whippers did not work. NOW 4 weeks later after paying 4,000 over Kelly blue book value for my Saturn Vue it is not working. I had to pay $90 to get it towed to their shop because the warranty was invalid ( I was given a form for the warranty from the dealership I called the company to have the car towed because I was stranded with my kids in the middle of Read Blvd the rep from the company had no record of the "warranty")Lemon laws don't include used cars so if you are desperate do you research and do not purchase from Bayou BoyzI feel helpless because used cars are basically buy at you own risk and now I.have to pay for a car that is inoperable and spend more money on transportation for work and for my children to get to school. Review: I purchased a 2012 sonata from bayou boyz wholesales in Metairie Louisiana round the end of July 2015. I was asked do I want a warranty, he said it'll come in handy so I agreed and purchased the warranty that was added in the sale price. It cost a extra 2,080 dollars, I had an accident Oct 2015 and it was a total lost. I had to cancel the warranty I spoke with Mr. Frank about it he said I can get another car I told him no I just need my refund so I can pay of what I have left on my note. Nov 2015 came I called and I got no answer I left a message but nobody called back. I called 30 times never got a call back so I went there and I seen Mr. Frank I told him how urgent the situation was and he gave me a run around telling me that the warranty people they deal with is taking too long to tell them how much I get back etc. He also said they needed the mileage etc I faxed this info to him it went thru back in Nov 2015.It's Dec 2015 now and after our conversation I called to check up and still no answer. Its very stressful and time consuming I just want what they owe me, the warranty people told me the dealership is responsible for paying and they don't deal with that stuff its the dealer responsibility. I went up there and saw Mr. Frank but no one was there and they was in the process of changing the name of the company from Bayou boyz to something else. I gave them 17,000 I just want my refund for my warranty that I canceled, the warranty says that if I cancel I get my money back from the dealership its in the book. I'm being ignored and feeling disrespected I'm just trying to communicate to get my money I have been very patient. they never called me never emailed me or mailed me to discuss anything.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want what they owe me by law. We have a detail signed business transaction. I just want my refund so I can pay off what's left of my loan so I can purchase a new car. I'm being held up by this situation I did all I can do.

Regards, I haven't got a response about the claim however I did go up there to see about my return. I spoke with Frank A[redacted] he said he doesn't have the money.
