[redacted] was very upset about continuing to receive email advertisements from our company. We do not blame her.
This must have been extremely frustrating for her. She tried to unsubscribe through the link on the ads. For some reason it did...
not work. I even tried to unsubscribe when she forwarded an email to our site.
I elevated this issue to the senior management at Gymboree Play and Music and they are working through our email vendor to not only unsubscribe [redacted] but to completely remove her email completely.
I was going to call her but at this point, it is clear she does not want to be contact and just wants it handled. I have been assured that it has been taken care of and she will receive no other communications from Gymboree Play and Music
We have always been proud of the way we treat our customers and are really embarrassed of this incident and want to assure her that there was no ill intent. Evidently it was bad execution.
We can only offer our sincere apology and an assurance it will not happen again.

I would like to commend Cynthia and Juan at Nevada Spas and Billiards.. I live out of the Reno area and had a leak in a pump of my Dimension One Spa. I called and talked with Cynthia and she suggested that the spa tech, Juan, could possibly help. I emailed pictures and he made some suggestions and with parts obtained from NSBs I was able to repair the unit. It is refreshing to find a company and a store manager who are concerned about the customer. I appreciate their assistance and will return to their business when I need supplies or a new spa.
