Review: Over booking appointments causing patients to wait 4 or more hours past their appointment time and then having to reschedule for another day because it's to late. Management refuses to call patients back. Appointment scheduled and person refused to do the appointment for no reason. Lost my son's medical records numerous times and no telling who has them which contains all our personal information. When told I was filing a complaint was told I was no longer allowed there and could step foot on the property anymore.Desired Settlement: Management needs to be removed and business needs to be monitored and changed.
