To whom it may concern,
In response to the complaint #***, I want to say that we try to make our customer's stay an enjoyable one
I was out of town on Feb *** * ***When I called to check in to see how things were going, the front desk clerk informed me of the complaint and did not act as if it was a big dealI do not like to hear about customer's complaining and try my hardest to make it right
After speaking in more detail with ***, he did mention how the customer came back to the office and said he was leaving and he did not want to move to another site. *** said the customer did not actually ask for a refund, but that *** showed him the sign
In review, the site assigned to the customer is one of the popular sites that many repeat customers request. The sewer is on the ground level but possibly it could have been covered up with some cloverThe open pipe that was taller than his sewer connection was the incorrect sewer hook up to use. This is for the clean out, if needed
Being an older RV Resort built in 1970, the sites are smaller because of the smaller Recreational Vehicles built back in the dayThe RVs today can have slide outs on both sides, etc., so it can seem as if the sewer hook up is right at your front door depending on how one parks the RV
The dog poop issue is something we try and control by making rules for picking up after
your petsI live on the property and walk the property with my Bichon. I don't feel this is a problem because most people do scoop after the poop
Also, there are no issues with the electrical wiring on the electrical boxThe wires hanging are not active
Centerpoint was out on our property a couple of years ago to replace a transformer after Hurricane Ike and I tried to get them to remove the hanging wiresCenterpoint explained to me that the hanging wires were not active because they are cable wires
In conclusion, I will contact the customer and give him a full refund. I always want people to treat me the way I want to be treated and this is the best way to run a profitable business!
