Bella Serata known to me as BayouCream and Bayou EyeSerum - 9/22/2017 Texas identity on charge. Totally deceptive and a scam.
Deceptive and misleading on a news website, using recognized celebrities, e.g., Rachael Ray. Called to order samples of creams with only shipping chgs; was offered full size items, but DECLINED. They did not at any time tell me how to cancel, but shouldn't have been a need to cancel since I hadn't ordered anything. Just received my credit card bill, and there are two charges, one for 89.03 from FL and one for 84.94 from TX, the first for 877409606CREAM and the second for BAYOUEYESERUM
Refund and no further contact from any of the entities included in this enterprise.

After reviewing Ms.' complaint, we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. We do not offer sample sizes and for this reason we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply of product at only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once your trial period expires, you are billed the retail price of the product. Our records indicate Ms. was refunded for the total amount of $173.97 when she called in on 10/27 and had her account with us cancelled. At this time, there is no further action for us to take. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
