"I am rejecting this response because: My truck has been improperly re assembled, the vehicle I went back to his shop in was not my sit was my jeep and I did spin my JEEPS tires, the swould hardly get moving on its own at this point do to the lack of bleading the clutch, since my first complaint I have begun going through my vehicle since I cannot trust any of this shops work due to the circumstancesI have had to bleed my clutch, bolt down my shift boot holder and floor molding, fix exhaust because they installed it with the tip facing up causing my cab to fill with exhaust while sitting, I now have to buy a starter in hopes that fixes the grinding while starting, the exhaust gasket at the rear flange was sealed with silicone when the correct way is an exhaust gasket, I have a video of the loose floor pieces, a picture of the exhaust, pictures of all the interior damage, the old master cylinder in the bed for me to discard since they didn't want to I guess."
When Mr*** first arrived at shop near closing time; he was told his vehicle would have to be outside that eveningR.B.Tinformed him that we take no responsibility for loss and/or damagedMrPStated "no problem"It is also posted in our office area as required by State of CaHe was
also informed of no warranty from R.B.Ton customer supplied parts, which he agreed to at that timeNo flywheel was provided to shop, he needed to be machined but it also had ring gear issues so it was agreed on a replacement new flywheel for $+tax. After his grandfather called to pay bill MrP picked up vehicle immediately accusing us of stealing his stereo equipwhich was a complete lie! He got upset, yelled and got in vehicle left burning tires in at least or more gearsThis was witnessed by my crew and the manager and crew of Auto Lube across the parking lot. He returned to the shop approx1/hrslater screaming and yelling obscenities' at myself and crewThreating us with bodily harmI asked him what was going on with the vehicleHe stated "it doesn't f----- work"! I offered to send a tow truck to pick it up and return it to us to find out what was going onI asked him for the address, he turned and walked out slamming the door. This vehicle had been road tested and rebled the cluth hydraulic system and then road tested once moreIf there were any problems evident, it would never have been released to the customerBut then again it was driven in a fashion not driven like a maniacI called his grandfather to alert him of the situation because he had paid for itI told him I would send a tow truck and do what it would take to correct any oversight or problem on our part
