At time of purchase the customer made it wear to the store that there were damages weather manufacturer or done by the driver (small scratch on back of sectional) we agreed to take care of it
the process would take to weeks for the manufacturer to send any parts if there were any damages intern the manufacturer send the pieces needed in a timely manner to rectify the situation which was done today 11/**/and customer very happy !
