perfect alignment which is what we did to [redacted] vehicle.  It is the vehicle owner's responsibility to inspect and monitor their vehicle at all times and especially on a long road trip.  Unfortunately, all it takes to knock a vehicle out of alignment is driving over a large pot hole or hitting a curb. We inform customers of this fact and we give them a 15 day warranty for a free alignment if they should knock it out of alignment.   We are not responsible for [redacted] failing to inspect her vehicle and tires on her road trip.

I returned to Bay's Auto service after I went to [redacted] as This is where I had purchased the first two tires, my trip was only 600 miles to [redacted], the Tucker Tire Service adviser and Mgr.put my vehicle on their Alignment machine and printed out the alignment specs, which showed that the Toe was not properly aligned in the first place by Bay's service & tires co, so I went back to them and showed the printout and they said ok they would re-alignment my car. well first the mgr.of Bay's, said I had caused my tires to wear out prematurely due low tire pressure. I keep my tires properly inflated, and if the vehicle was properly aligned it should not have lost any tire pressure in a month. So I disagree with this excuse for poor workmanship on the company's part. My tires are only a couple of months old and look like they are a couple of years old since the tread is worn off of the edge of both tires equally. I am requesting a refund of the tires or new ones.!!

I apologize for any misunderstanding.  The moment you left our shop after we did the initial alignment you are responsible for monitoring your vehicles alignment.  If we perfectly align a vehicle and then drive it over a pothole or turn into a curb (or just about any obstacle) there is always a possibility of that obstacle knocking the vehicle out of alignment; It can and does happen often.  We perform on average 2 free realignments per month due to customers hitting a bump and throwing off their alignment after we aligned it.  I assure you your vehicle's alignment was perfect after we performed the initial alignment and unfortunately we are not capable of monitoring your alignment after you leave our shop. You went to [redacted] to check the alignment after the damage to the tires was already done.  Somewhere between getting your alignment done the first time and returning from your trip your vehicle's alignment was thrown off spec.  I regret that on your last visit we were not able to do an alignment check at that time as we had several vehicles in line for the alignment machine.  

However, I do not want bad feelings and perhaps I could have explained things better.  I propose to split the difference for your cost of the two tires and the alignment at my shop.  You can pick up the check at my shop or If you prefer I can mail you a check for the amount of $123.12 to the address on file.

Look no further people, Bays Complete Auto Repair is the place to go for your auto repair needs. Their pricing is excellent and their customer service is what every auto repair shop should be. My truck was overheating and I thought I was gonna have to spent a lot of money to fix it, but they looked into what the problem was and fixed it in an hour and a lot less than what I was expecting. They were honest from the get go, honesty goes along way. I will recommend Bays to all of my friends and family members. Thank you once again.

Came in to get my vehicle inspected before a big road trip and they spent a good 20 minutes checking it out to find nothing wrong. They didn't charge me a cent for the inspections and sent me on my way. I always bring my car here because they always take great care of me. thanks Bays Auto

Thoroughness is the key to a quality shop and [redacted] is that man. Excellent shop, they spend the time with you so you understand. they took me into the shop and actually showed me the problems. Then they gave me a ride home and.picked me up when the job was done. Had the a.c. completely replaced for under $1000.

I came with my Mercedes C230 which had an AC problem. [redacted] asked $1800 for new compressor, new expansive valve, new drier and work. They were going change almost the whole AC system, leave only two radiators (condenser & evaporator) and tubes.
I tried another service. They read errors, found one, fixed it. Now it works like a new... for $120 8=)
With my car they are definitely did not know what to do. Try another service before make decision where fix your car.

I am a old mechanic so I guess you could say I'm a tough customer for these guys. I have to give them some credit since they put up with me and all my questions and persistence. They treat me fair and professional and for that I'm a customer for life.

Oil change, tire rotation & balance…

Oil change, tire rotation & balance and air filter in less then 30 minutes. Great in my book and surprise surprise a shop that didn't try to sell me a ton of other stuff. Said in 10k miles I'll need a timing belt and waterpump. thanks

This is my mechanic, been going to him for 3 years now and I trust him implicitly. Thank you for taking such great care of my family and I.

A friend turned me on to this place and I have to say it was an excellent experience. Oil change, tire rotation, engine belts, coffee and free wifi. Dean and Troy were professional, courteous and authentic. Another shop tried to sell me about $2000 worth of stuff so I went to Bays to get a second opinion. Dean said I could get at least another 30k miles or 2 years out of my struts and engine mounts that the other shop said I desperately needed to replace. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and boy is that a nice change of pace. Oh, and clean bathrooms. I will be back and I highly recommend.

Excellent all around. Been coming here a while and a great group of guys that care.

Thank you Bays and [redacted]. Came in for shocks and struts and found out I don't need shocks or struts but instead needed a motor mount replaced for $250. Another shop said I needed shocks all around to solve my vibration problem. Thank you Bays for your great service and friendly staff

From my experience and oponion this company was not truthful, non experienced techs and poor customer service. I brought my [redacted] on 4-25-15 for maintenance and to check out a fluid leak I had. They called me approximately 4-5 hours later stating it had to do with the steering fluid. I required to replace my steering rack and pinon gear box, water pump, power steering and radiator flush, new windshield wipers and the oil change that I asked for. They gave me a quote for $3100.00 stating that it was a good deal because they found a rebuilt rack and pinon gear box. Then they said they will need my car until at least Tuesday. Then I received a call Monday afternoon stating they need an additional $450.00 more due to they could not find a rebuilt water pump. I argued that it was not our fault that their plan did not work and refused the extra charge. [redacted] the owner okay it. I received my car back on Tuesday at 5:15 pm. I turn on my car and immediately 3 warning lights came on. One stated the car was inoperable, low on coolant and the maintenance service was still over due. The technichian checked the fluids per my request. The coolant reserve required 2 quarts of fluid and my windshield wiper fluid was empty. The tech filled it up which resolved the coolant light but was unable to fix the other lights/messages. The tech told me to come back the next day. In the meantime when I got home the window was dirty. I lifted up my brand new windshield wipers to clean the window and when I put the first one down it fell apart. I went back to Bays on Wednesday at 1:00 pm and was watching the techs and noticed they were rummaging in the back compartment of the vehicle. I asked if there was a problem. The tech said he was looking for the battery. I showed the tech where the battery was located in which it was behind the passenger seat. Additionally, I spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] about the windshield wiper and they said the tech must have forgot to clamp the wiper on. I stated it was obvious the tech did not check the windshield wipers since there was no windshield wiper fluid and the wiper was not clamped on. I waited an hour in a half and asked what the problem was. [redacted] the manager stated your windshield wipers are not working and asked me if this was a prior problem. I stated no. Then I had to leave for about 45 minutes for a errand and ask if I can take the car and return it immediately back. [redacted] said yes. I asked is the only problem the windshield wipers. [redacted] said yes. I ask if the tech took care of the emergency and service messages. He said yes. I get in my vehicle and immediately see the inoperable exclamation message and the maintenance service light back on. While driving I decided to test the front and back windshield wipers and they were working just fine. I go back to Bays 45 minutes later and it was strange that [redacted] asked if the windshield wipers were working. Don't understand why I would be asked that when he was telling me that was the problem. I said yes. I asked if he might have not known how to turn on the windshield wipers. He got defensive and said it was not working. I said I must have the majic touch. Then I told [redacted] the message lights were still on and don't understand why he told me he fixed that and everything else. [redacted] stated he had to fix the windshield wipers prior to fixing the lights. Then after waiting another hour I asked what the problem was getting the 2 messages off. [redacted] stated their tool is not working to fix it and they are waiting for the tech to come over to fix or replace the tool. There was never a sorry and I had to ask for updates regarding what was going on. I will never go to Bays again. I am very concerned about the workmanship they performed on my vehicle and do not feel safe driving it. I am planning to go elsewhere to an experienced tech to look at the work Bays have done to give myself a peace of mind.

I've been coming to Bays Auto for 8 years now and I thought it high time to give them a review especially after this last visit. They take care of my two cars, my two kids cars and my mothers car. Couldn't meet a better group of people that really care. They take the time to get to know you and your needs. For example: This last visit I brought my son's newly purchased 2000 Ford Focus in for an oil change and inspection. My son goes to [redacted] up in [redacted] and drives back and forth to Phoenix a lot. [redacted] (the manager) asked me what the car is used for and how long we want to keep it. I told him we need it to be reliable and hopefully keep it for 4 years. He told me this is not the car for us and that we should consider trading it in. [redacted] said there is just too much wrong with it and it would make more sense to just get another car. Wow, even though they could have made a lot of money fixing this car up they were looking out for my best interest. They even said find another car and they would inspect it for me before I purchase it . Thank you for taking such great care of my family

Review: On 6/03/2014 I purchased two new tires, and on 06/24/2014 I also purchased two new tires, the first were from [redacted]. The other two were from Bays Auto Service & Tires and at the same [redacted]e and date I asked fro an Alignment on my car. Well, I went on a trip to [redacted] on August 23rd, and drove 1,000 miles on this trip. I looked at the tires they were really worn on the edges.. So I brought my car to Bays Auto Service and said look at my new tires, there were bald on the edge of both tires. Troy the manager said "you probably had low inflated tires and that is why they were all worn. I did not agree with [redacted], as I have a low tire pressure indicator light which will come on if the tire is lower than 32lbs. My light did not come on during this trip and not at any time. So I went back to [redacted] and said look at my new tires they are all worn any only two months old, well the Manager, [redacted] said" it must be out of alignment" So [redacted] did put my car on the alignment machine and printed out the results and it clearly shows the car was improperly aligned as the Toe was not set right and my tires were riding on their sides. I went back to Bays Auto Service and showed the printout to the manager and he said well we will realign your car but we won't replace your tires. I paid $188.28 for the two tires from Bays and paid for an alignment of $58.00 as it was a special price. I asked for the tires to be replaced or refunded and I was told I would not get either.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the tires replaced at no charge due to the inexperienced mechanic who did not do the alignment properly on my vehicle. Or refund my 188.28 so I can purchase two new tires somewhere else. In my opinon they do not hire certified Mechanics.
