After reviewing the account for [redacted] (the account holder, the complaint has been filed by his son) with the address of [redacted],  I feel that it is best for this customer to purchase service from another provider in the area....

1)   Bays-ET is currently providing less service than the customer expects, and this will not be changed until we have completed ALL network upgrades that affect this street address.  At times while doing some of these upstream upgrades, we have caused loss of service for short periods as noted in a few tickets. Other reports of speed related issues are related to aged equipment that is being replaced. Facing a new setback in the upgrade process, the completion date has been pushed back and is awaiting a new ETA.  2) The most recent phone conversation with [redacted] involved him mocking a Bays-ET employee for the way he speaks. This is something that should have been addressed during that phone conversation; it had seriously aggravated one of our owners, resulting in his less than professional response.  It is part of Bays-ET responsibility to our employees to provide a quality work environment, as well as quality connections to our customers. In this particular situation, neither are being accomplished. The customer's automatic payment was withdrawn August 28th. A four-month refund totaling $199.96 has been issued back to his card.  The customer’s bank will determine the timeline these funds will be credited, usually less than 5 business days.  A number of other satellite based and mobile wireless service providers will be able to service this address.
