Thank you for letting Bayshore Apartments respond to this complaintPlease note the following facts during the time the
customer lived at Bayshore in 2013:

This is not satisfied. I have attachments I will provide. Since I first moved on multiple complaints were given to [redacted] at the apartment complex regarding parking, regarding harassment of the neighbor downstairs. I advised [redacted] she scares me and I asked to move to a different unit in which they did not do. As far as the faulty heater, the maintenace man told me that caused issues with my billing because it ran non stop. We had an old thermostat since I moved in which was then changed to a digital thermostat one week before I had to move. I'm also arguing the carpet stain they claim is a pet stain. This was not a pet stain but a soda stain which can be lifted by a professional carpet cleaner. The maintanence assumed it's a pet stain; however, did not verify. No one put their nose to it to check!!!. THe office was angry they received a Revdex.com complaint as [redacted] asked my sister [redacted] why there is a Revdex.com complaint issued. Attached you will see the photo. Your PDF file you attached is blank. Also there is a photo in which the neighbor decided to park behind my car to not allow me to get out. This lady continued to harass me and the apartments did nothing about this. I received a call from [redacted] advising "Good news! we found a solution finally to your problem"; however, this was less than one month when my lease was up as far as the neighbors leaving. [redacted] then wanted to know why I called [redacted] at the corporate office. I will be more than happy to provide information from the elderly lady below me that knew about the lady that lived next door to me as she advised the neighbor once stated she wanted to eat her child because she wouldn't stop crying. I also have other tenants advising of poor management there and will be happy to provide reference upon request.

I received your email that the business has not responded. However, after turning the company in, they have improved their...

services. They moved my father in law into a better apartment and did not charge him deposits or moving fees. I do appreciate your help and we appreciate this is available for consumers. Since then, they are also getting inspections!!  Thank you again for your help and if you have any questions, please email or call me.
