brakes. Customer returned 5-31-16 for a grinding noise and brake inspection. Upon brake inspection, the inner brake pad had no pad remaining and the outer pad was approximately 2-3 mm. The service manager spoke to Mr. [redacted], showed him the outer pad and offered to pay for the rotor since that could have possibly been saved. He agreed and we proceeded with the repairs.
