I offer my sincerest of apologies to [redacted] and his businessWe never meant for this issue to escalate this farWe made it very clear to him that there was an issue with the products only a week after purchaseWe offered him two options Option 1: We can issue a full refund of $33,plus $in profit.Option 2: Our vendor gave indication that they could replace the bad devices and return them to us within a weekI told [redacted] what our vendor had told us[redacted] let us know that he wanted to wait and try to get the devicesWhen our vendor finally returned the devices to us we spent a few days going through them to check for Icloud lockWe discovered that the vendor had sent us the very same devices without reasonWe notified [redacted] about the condition of the devices and offered him a full refund of $33,plus $for having wasted his timeHe responded by threatening to get his legal team involvedThe next morning he sent us an eBay message asking for $4,in addition to the full refund plus our vendor contact informationI told him that I would not give him the vendor information, but the $offer still stoodHis response very clearly illustrated that he was not interested in the $2,and that we would be hearing from his legal teamI issued a full refund of $33,and rescinded the $offerHe left negative feedback on our eBay account for both the iPads and the phonesOur entire communication was documented on eBayUpon review of our messages, eBay was glad to side with me and remove both feedbackI was told that I am not responsible for anything beyond the $33,I sincerely hope [redacted] can use the full refund to make any lost profit back

He responded by threatening to get his legal team involved. The next morning he sent us an eBay message asking for $4,000 in addition to the full refund plus our vendor contact information. I told him that I would not give him the vendor information, but the $2000 offer still stood. His response very clearly illustrated that he was not interested in the $2,000 and that we would be hearing from his legal team. I issued a full refund of $33,000 and rescinded the $2000 offer. He left negative feedback on our eBay account for both the iPads and the phones. Our entire communication was documented on eBay. Upon review of our messages, eBay was glad to side with me and remove both feedback. I was told that I am not responsible for anything beyond the $33,000. I sincerely hope [redacted] can use the full refund to make any lost profit back.
