I called snap finance multiple times in regards to the payments I financed through Greulich'smultiple agents kept advising my account is paid in full and that I had actually over paidan agent said he would follow up with me and it probably took him or days to actually call backhe stated that all the information I was given was incorrect and that I actually still owed

First time customer at the Phoenix location My car was at Gruelichs for days Was told driver side window was repaired and all other window checkedThe window moves very slow Also AC didn't blow cold in vent Told low freon Still not blowing cold I was shocked when manager refused to not charge for repairs not completed Want me to bring in vehicle again I don't have the time to risk not getting the repair done correctly or at all I will take the car to the dealer

I had my brakes replaced at Greulichs and they came with a month/12,mile warranty When my wife took our vehicle in to have the brakes inspected weeks ago they said the brakes were bad and needed to be replaced Instead of replacing the brakes for free per the warranty we were charged $on R.O# *** I tried to work directly with Greulich's to resolve this issue but they have been ignoring my requests for a refund and have not responded to my complaint

Be careful taking your car in here, very dishonest peopleThey told me multiple liesThey caused damage to my car and gave a bunch of excuses and never offered to help with additional repairsThe VP of customer service (John) does not properly investigate issues and just comes up with a bunch excuses and what if scenarios
I had taken my car in for a battery swap on July 21st, I was there for nearly hours waiting for the swap to be done, but was told there was an issue starting the car after the battery was changed outAfterwards, the manager Stan told me to call a tow truck and take it to a Chevy dealership to see what the issue was since they could not figure it out
I was able to get the car started on a remote start (not the ignition), but still could not start the car through push button when I got homeI ended taking the car into a Chevy dealer and they said the steering column lock sensor was damagedThey said this could happen if battery was hooked up wrong or if the car was improperly jumped to start it

My wife hit the curb with her car and I took it to Greulich’s AutomotiveI told them what happened and they checked the car and told me it was severeThey said I needed both lower control arms and both front strutsThey quoted me $1,I told them I couldn’t do that right now and took the vehicleI also decided to get a second opinionI took it to my dad who checked it out and said he didn’t see any damage to warrant Greulich’s recommendationI then took it to Brake Masters and told them I needed an alignmentAn hour later I was driving my car and it was as good as everI ended up paying $with a coupon for the alignmentBrake Masters did not see any damage to lower control arms or strutsI will never use Greulich’s again

1/15/had thermostat housing assembly replaced & warranted by Greuichs & other work ($2011.31) 8/5/towed no fluids or start only car so towed to nearest shop in TucsonGreuichs gone from Tucson, no notice to cust 8/8/I called # refer to Phx 8/9/- 8/24/16- 8/29/called Jamison VP discussed matter 8/29/Integrity faxed papers ($1125.00) As requested by Jameson who spoke to Jerry at Integrity.9/23/Jamison, as previously stated warranty work submit to insurance Mel is to handle10/13/texts Jamison 10/31/msg Jamison now NO response he was at least returning calls & claimed papers on his desk to finalize regarding phone, text, status and refund for same work

Went to Greulichs with their oil change coupon$for oil change & filter & tire rotation etcMy car requires a specific oil type (& oil filter) which I brought in .While scheduling the service for $the senior manager told me the cost would be $with MY oil & filter! Also the brake flush that was previously quoted for $would bring the total to $ !!!! The coupon price is bogus ! I scheduled the work elsewhere for a total o$elsewhere! Buyers BEWARE!!!

On Sept 5, I brought my Chevy pito Store #on Alma School Rd, for an air conditioning repair The compressor had blown and put metal shavings thruout the system The replacement parts were spec'd by Joe the store manager and paid for by myself at NAPA On Sept 10th I was called and told the truck was ready for pick-up The on-duty manager told me Joe was going to call me, that there were several other charges on my bill that were not provided on the estimate, including a serpentine belt and another AC component I never got a call from Joe, but I did return the vehicle to the shop hrs later to inform them the AC was not fixed and blowing out warm air On Sept 11th I stopped by the store to discuss and Joe lied and told me the truck should not have been released as the repairs were not complete Not true, the truck was sitting up front waiting for me on the 10th and when I questioned this, he had no reply

We brought our Toyota 4runner to your Alma School location to have a spacer leveling kit installed on 03/While installing the leveling kit, the "certified" mechanic *** *** unnecessarily drained fluid from the suspension system rendering it uselessThe manager, *** P*** called and apologized for their mistake the same dayHe offered to replace the $4,suspension system with a standard suspension system as long as we paid for the partsHis other option was for us to take our vehicle to a Toyota dealership and he would arrange to have the original suspension system replaced at his costWe refused both offers as there was nothing wrong with the suspension system when we brought our 4runner to Greulich's Automotive ServicesToday we were offered $towards the cost of replacement by John ***on at Greulich's corporate officeThere is no scenario in which we are going to pay Greulich's to fix damage they caused to our vehicleWe expect Greulich's to take respons
