The technicians at Bayshore were there for my office when our Exchange server crashed. They were on site in less than 2 hours and rebuilt our server and had us back up and running by 6AM. Kudos to this team and would highly recommend.

We have been working with Bayshore for a little over a year now. Previously we worked with another networking and pc troubleshooter that did a fine job, but when we went to upgrade our server to the most current technology - they were a bit out of their league. After a bit of research, we found Bayshore and I am very glad we did. They came out, figured out what we needed and got everything working, including providing our users remote access, which our previous provider could not accomplish. Additionally - they have relieved me of having to be the go to person for our company's IT needs. Our staff is now trained to simply send an email directly to the Bayshore Support team, who responds quickly and solves the issue without my involvement. The Bayshore techs are knowledgeable and courteous and we haven't found a problem they can't solve. They are our outsourced IT department. I highly recommend Bayshore.
