to me
To The Revdex.com,
I did an appraisal on [redacted] on June 9, 2014 for [redacted] Management Company, an appraisal management company engaged by [redacted]. I have a business...
relationship with them as they engaged me to do an appraisal of this home. Per the Dodd-Frank Act and Appraiser Independence Requirements, I am not allowed to discuss the appraisal with [redacted]. He must address all issues with [redacted].
I can state that I am a fully licensed Appraiser in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania with over 25 years of experience. I do over 500 appraisals a year in [redacted] and [redacted] counties and I am licensed to do VA and FHA appraisals. My appraisals are constantly reviewed for professionalism and accuracy and this report was reviewed by a senior review appraiser with knowledge of the market area. There were no issues found in my report.
I am sorry [redacted] is unhappy with his appraised market value; however, I feel that the report is accurate. [redacted] purchased the home in June 28, 2010 for $230,000 and this market is still very unstable and has declining values. This is supported by a market analysis which is part of my report.
Sincerely,
Bennie B[redacted]

Review: Unprofestional. He Did a very poor job at conducting this appraisal. He did appraisal in 10 minutes, then provided wrong comps and comparibles to [redacted]. This company should not be doing buisness in PA when they are New York company. ( They clearly do not understand the local market. ) I provided comps and comparibles myself from the local market sold on the MLS in my area that are the complete opposite of his report. Multiple buisness addresses, hard to contact. Very unprofestional and shady buisness practice. I paid 400 dollars for this 10 minute botched appraisal. I should not have to pay for a job that was done incorrectly.Desired Settlement: Refund and/or Revdex.com info
