Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I'm rejecting the issue because the supervisor entered the room to play bad salesman and good salesman, and he ( [redacted] ) told me that if I had $he could get me in the car after [redacted] , the original guy I was working with was busy trying to handle other customers I was calling to cancel the appointment when [redacted] called me that morning and I told him that my credit was not perfect and I would just wait and [redacted] said no please come in I've gotten people approved with credit score of 460, so I told him I would be leaving my office and would be there shortly Revdex.com, I thank you for your time the company will continue to lie and say it was my credit score and its not it's about lying salesman that want you to put money down so they can get the commission and their sales quotes up while I was sitting there that's exactly what Mr [redacted] was doing on his board behind his desk I understand its there job, When I left the dealership that Friday and Mr [redacted] called and said we have you approved at no time did he say that it was not for the Chrysler, so when I arrived on Saturday I was hurt and disappointed that they tried to play it down and sell me a used car, after the experience I had with another dealer doing the same thing and Mr [redacted] knew that, so with this being said May God Bless you and them as well my God will continue to open doors that man tries to closed We can go back and forth and as long as I know the truth and never lied to them I'm happy Regards, [redacted]
Mr*** address was placed on our Do Not Deliver list 4/03/I contacted the carrier who delivers Mr*** areaThe carrier has been given Mr*** address with the instructions not to deliver the addressA drive of Mr*** neighborhood did not show any of our newspapers in
the roadThe carrier was told that all papers must be delivered to the drives and not in the streetMeasures have been put into place to verify that Mr*** does not receive a Mountain Planner paperThe carrier will phone the District Manager when they are done with their routeAt that point the District Manager will drive by the location and verify that their is not a Mountain Planner in Mr*** drive/yardI have left Mr*** a message on the phone number listed in this complaint to contact me at my direct line if there are any other issuesMy direct line is ***
Bayside does not approve or turn down any one, that procedure is done by the lender/sIn some cases a person may be approved, however it might not be enough to get the vehicle they wantBayside will then try to find a vehicle/s that meet the banks requirements and or approval amountWe sincerely
