The customer came into the store and needed to get her ring off and she was in painWe cut the ring and needed to go to the store and get special pliers to pull the ring apartWe gave her a quote but when we looked further into the ring it needed more work done to it so we called the customer and
gave her a quote to fix the problemShe didn't have to agree with the quote and take her ring backShe was mad that she had to pay extra for the repairShe came in with discolor on the bottom which was whiteThe ring was cleaned upShe came back in and showed the ring to me and I noticed the discolor to the bottom and told her we need to fix the ringThe Jeweler must have put a piece of silver in by mistake and we corrected the problem and I apologized to her and she thanked me for that and insisted for money backThen she became very vulgar in her language in the store and kept swearing with her child in handThe ring value has not changed in any wayThere was human error and we fixed the problem and she didn't need to act the way she did

I remember the customerShe came in during the summer time and she was looking in our estate section for a wedding ring, she was looking for a deal and we gave her a great price and she picked out a ring that was 18k white gold and had white and black diamondsWe needed to size the ring down and
we did and she picked up the ring and she left happy and the she came back in later because a stone was missingThe stone was hard to notice and took a little bit to find and we told her we guarantee what we sell and replaced the stonewhen she came back in she was nervous about the ringI think she didn't like that a stone came out and kept on asking questions on our guarantee and and the stonesShe comes back with her dad later and said that the ring wasn't gold and the diamonds were fake we offered to test the ring in front of her and she refusedSo we refunded the money back to her and then she pulls out her husbands band and made an excuse it didn't fitShe just wanted to return the ring she never brought her boy friend in and it being a special order their was no refundsWe have the ring still in the storeI just figured because a stone came out she wasn't comfortable and had second thoughtsWe stand behind all of our work and productAny questions please feel to contact me @ 360-671-Charles

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I never said the diamonds were fake, I said they were chips of diamonds and of no value, which is what I was told when I had the ring appraised by three different people, two where at jewelry stores in bellis fair, another was a seperate jewelry store. Also I did not say the ring was not gold. I said the ring was gold plated and not gold throughout which is what I was under the impression it was when I bought it. I did not refuse to have you test it, and you did rub the ring on some sort of liquid but all that proved is that the plating was gold, not the whole ring. I did not make an excuse that My husbands ring did not fit.. It is a fact that it is huge on his finger and If you need him to come in to prove that, you could have told me that. If you stand behind all your work than like I said in this complaint I would be happy with having his ring exchanged for one that actually fits his finger but at the time I mentioned [redacted] sized his finger and the ring was way to big, the only response from you was that it was a special order and you would not refund it. You never mentioned it could be exchanged for a smaller size. Sincerely,[redacted]
