We rented a limousine for my daughter 16th birthday. The limousine they provided was horrible. The limousine was very old and very dirty on the inside and out. The manager Nicole was very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this company to no one.

Review: I was married 12april14 and requested limo services from the above service provider. The limo driver and limo itself was not what was advertised. The limo had no a/c and wasn't able to accommodate our party as advertised. The limo driver himself was very rude, demanding payment before we could depart although we were paid in full. He then made phone calls and found I did indeed pay. Again the limo itself was inadequate and hot, with the air actually blowing heat at me in my dress. We used the limo to take us to the venue and to also take us to get pictures after the ceremony. As we were finishing up pictures the driver stated we were about to run over time and that I would be charged, yet yelling this info at my wedding party. The venue 1 mile away took us 20 minutes and a ridiculous u-turn in the middle of the road, making us 20 mins late for our reception. I was offered half refund yet haven't received it.Desired Settlement: I have been in contact with the company since the wedding and they have offered to pay me by check in the mail. I however email once a week to see if it has been done with responses such as let me check with the accountant. It was horrible service and inadequate limo, I desire to have a full refund verses half.
