Review: I had take out a payday loan from this company in September of 2011. Because my bank acct was closed I was unable to pay lender, when I tried to come to arrangements with lender and tried calling their customer service number [redacted] no answer. Tried to look up the website for additional numbers no website active baysideloans .com. In march of 2013 I received a phone call from a lady stating I was being legally prosecuted for insufficient funds on checks and that wages would be garnished. I came to an arrangement with this person and with phone number [redacted] billing 4 and settled for 550. I made a payment on the 8 and the 18th of march with a prepaid credit card ending 0746. Today I receive a call from a Mark Spencer stating I still owe this company now for 1492.00 and that if I get my wages garnished it would be 2092. He asked me for a settlement amount even after giving him all the information provided. He was calling my Moms house , my brother , my brothers in laws . I have no clue how he got all those numbers is none were on my application for loan which I still obtain in email format. I believe this is a scam and no one should be harrassed no matter how much the loan is. I have never lived with my brother or his in laws .. THIS NEEDS TO STOPDesired Settlement: I already paid and company does not even exist. Website is no longer up or customer service...
