Rental rates are going up incredibly in this area, we have a housing crisis especially for [redacted] folks like I. They want to collect at all costs it seems, even if it means discriminating against tenants that have lived here for over a decade whom they cannot collect the high rates from which now exceed[redacted] benefits. [redacted] They have already evicted one of our community clubhouse's members. She was [redacted] and suffered a [redacted] just as much as all other tenants they deem "[redacted]" which [redacted] us even further to the point we cannot meet their [redacted] high demands [redacted]. If I had a [redacted] problem I'd be the first to complain yet they come several times per month demanding we do not use our kitchens or bathrooms during the day of preventative treatment. [redacted] They've handed me an eviction notice siting 'cause' in which one of the [redacted] technicians who showed up on the wrong date while I was making breakfast [redacted] I have a [redacted] condition which floors me [redacted] My home is clean but their hired technicians continue to say my place is unsanitary on paper, statements which are [redacted] as witnessed by my [redacted] who visits to assist me in making sure my place is clean. [redacted] I don't know what else to do, [redacted] THIS IS A CRISIS IN OUR AREA AND BAYSIDE ALONG WITH OTHERS ARE NOT HELPING. [redacted]
