At this time, I have been contacted directly by Bayside Signs regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 10pt;">The *** contracted via e-mail to say that he received the signs but they were damaged and he would have new ones in within daysAfter Numerous phone calls to him to follow up on the signs he sent us an email to say that the signs came in damaged again and that he would have replacements in daysAgain, after numerous e-mails and calls he has now told us he is sick and in the hospital and that we could not have a refund at this timehis number that we have reached him on is ###-###-####we asked him for the damaged signs to have until he can replace them with new onesBut now he is not responding All we want is a FULL REFUND NOW! Review: WE PAID THE DEPOSIT TO HAVE SIGNS MADE. WE WE PROMISED NUMEROUS TIMES THAT IT WOULD UP AT OUR LOCATION, WITHIN THE WEEK . THE SIGNS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE UP LAST WEEK AND NOW THE PHONE IS DISCONNECTED, OUR E-MAILS HAVE YET TO BE ANSWERED AND THE BUSINESS ADDRESS IS VACANT. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MORE THEN 2 MONTHS.Desired Settlement: WE WOULD LIKE A REFUND AND/OR THE SERVICES PROMISED

Review: We gave a deposit to [redacted] from the Sign Place in July of 2014 for a new sign to be created for our business. It is now October and we have no sign and he says he will come to return our money and he has not come and we have asked for him to return our money and he has not returned our money.Desired Settlement: We want our money back being that he has not done any work in 4 months.
