at the appropriate timeShe had posted a review on our Facebook websiteEven then we had told her we are very sorry for the inconvenience and we explained again how we wanted to give *** an extra days in her membershipAs the owner I also explained to her that I don't recommend us turning it on a little over an hour when you call to preheat it because it is very unsafe that you go straight into a sauna right at degrees Fahrenheit as it is a hazard to Audreys health and our establishment if she had a heat stroke or shock to her body if she goes straight into the saunaWhen *** came in it was at degrees when she walked in not degrees Fahrenheit the first incidentAs it states in the Sunlighten protocol for the company and what we tell our customers to go in at degrees Fahrenheit to build the heat with you in the sauna so your body gets accustomed to the temperature desired which she wanted it at degreesWhich those rules are posted in the sauna roomDegrees Fahrenheit was prescribed to her by her doctor as she stated to usThe one day it wasn't turned on *** who worked that day she had simply explained to *** that she had completely forgot as she had customers come in and an airbrush she had to doShe had called almost hours before she came for us to have it on when she got thereI the owner (*** ***) explained to *** we do not turn it on and leave it on for a long time as it will make our establishment very hotWe have tanning beds and the building gets hot as it is for that sauna to be onWe have been open for over years and we can assure you we have high codes of conduct for our salon and my employees here are very well trained and our regular customers can vouch for us on how well we have things in order and how well we try to accommodate them anyway we canIn conclusion for your money back request, we have stated up on the wall we don't accept refunds store credit only but you are in our monthly membership contract and it states you must have our membership for months which she agreed to and pay up front forIf you would like a refund that is fine but for the times (7/21,7/24,7/31,8/1,8/8,8/11,8/13) recorded you have come in we ask that you pay our per session price of and call it even or use the rest our your membership you have bought and do what *** had suggested to you to do as far as turning it on and finish out your days plus days we will still offer to you
