The proper party to this complaint is Bayside Vacation Club LLC *** *** *** is, as the name implies, nightly rental company that rents condominiums to nightly rental guests Our business is completely different and the rental company does not sell
timeshare As to the specifics, I have enough knowledge to understand that much of what is written here is simply not accurate Mr*** would have been better served to actually reach out to Bayside Vacation Club first which I did From what I was told, Mr*** first contacted them via certified letter which was received at the end of October not very long before this complaint was writtenI understand they are looking into the situation We just cannot fix this for Mr*** since none of this involved the rental company Mr*** knows it is Bayside Vacation Club since he knew enough to send a certified letter to them No one wants to see anyone upset I am glad to assist if I can but you cannot just attack the wrong company making claims like this
