I bought this car a lityle over two weeks ago .after car was paid for and came back to pick it up the driver seat was changed to a mismatched seat ...also the radio and speakers were switched out ....tried to drive the car on overdrive and car wouldnt go also no horn brakes were supposed to be changed werent . We brought the car back in two days was told by the [redacted] and master mechanic that u r not suppose to drive thd car at all on over drive ... thats when the sales rep who sold me the car came out said he would give us a loaner and take the car to the transmission shop down the road fix the horn and the sprayers for tbe car ... 3 days later we get the car back horn still dont work car still wont drive in over drive ... asked y horn wasnt fixed was told they ordered the wrong part .the loaner car was a two seater .... with 5 kids ..... took the car back when they said they had the right piece for the horn had to wait it was 3 hours waiting they brought the car around said they fixed the transmisdion but still no horn ....I waited to speak to sales rep he was on the phond go the dealer anx ordered the part in front of md with the cars vin number .... said to come back on friday to install wont take more then a hour ... took car transmisdion is still slipping called over to the transmission shop they supposedly took it they never heard of our car . Took car in friday told them about hos if was never sedn I wang my transmisdion fixed or my money back and the horn left for two hours came back asked were my car was tbey said a test drive to reset a light on the dash I said tbere was no light what r you talking about ...couldnt give me a answer . Over a hour later I ask where my car is the guy says its stll on a test drive I tell him thats not a test drive thats a joy ride I want my car back now ovef a hour later they pull up hand me thd keys and walk away ... horn still aint fixed now the dngine light is on and transmission is even worse ....car wont pass [redacted] mitsubishi eclipse spiderDesired SettlementI want the 3000. Good afternoon. On[redacted] XX XXXX I broud a car I bought the day before to fix some VSA fuse. One of the owner of bay state auto sale told me that he like my car, I told him to givme [redacted] for my car. He tell ok leave me the car and the tittle to check it and come back tomorroe to pick you money, the next day I call him and ask for my money, hes name is [redacted]. He told me to give him couple days couse he has some one interested in the car, them on[redacted] 2015 he call me and and toldme tha a lady name [redacted]. Pursh the car. Via financial, that for him to get the check from the bank it take 3 laborables days, I haved call him several time, and I have send my cousin like 7 time to the dealer. To get paid for my car. And tomorro is going to be one month after he sale the car, and now he dont pick up fhone calls, please help me that is a roberry.Desired SettlementI would like to get my money or my car back

They establishment refuses to refund partial cost of a $400 body work job that was incomplete.on February 13, 2015 I purchased a blue 1994 Honda Civic for the the amount of $1,200.00 which included a $400.00 charge for repairs on the rear quarter panels in order to pass inspection. I returned on Tuesday February 17, 2015 to pick-upbmu vehicle to find that they had some water pipes burst over the weekend and had not been able to complete the repairs. I had no option but the schedule an appointment for the following Saturday February 21 and take my vehicle at that time. However I was involved in an accident on Thursday, February 19, 2015 which left my car immobile. I have since tried more than 5 times to contact the manager of the establishment to work out a partial refund for the work that had yet to be completed. I have yet to have contact with the manager by stopping in person or by phone.Desired SettlementI am seeking 1/2 of the repair cost, not the vehicle cost which would be the amount of $200 out of $400.
