This company have done weatherization and insolation on my house under the mass save program. When *** inspected that work on 05/02/2019 , some work have not finished yet. Baystate energy Reduction LLC supposed to come back at my home to finish that work but they didn’t. I called them and left message many times but I couldn’t and never response me.
I writing to let you know that we have been able to get a hold of the customer and this matter is scheduled to be taken care of and resolved on 9/6.
