Attached please find all the documents that I have showing that Baystate did this job and that a deposit was given for it Between a death in the family, a car accident and getting them together because everything is PACKED, it took a little longer, I am sorry, there is no question that they did this job and Baystate is playing games, I should of had a contract made and I know better but as far as I was concerned giving a non refundable deposit and a letter telling me what time and how many men was good enough, I was in a hurry and still packing, I was just happy I had found someone to do the job on such short notice, someone who sounded nice and that I could trust Next time I will go to their page and read what everyone has to say about them

I do not have what he wants as he is aware, HOWEVER, I do have paperwork from him, we did not sign a contract because it was for the next day, I have all the messages going back and forth setting it up...

with the time, cost and how many men, I have a charge slip from the next day from him (should of got a contract) because he decided he wanted more money and I had to get a new Debit card, a real pain because $10.00 was missing from my account this month because I allowed him to take the deposit he needed (cash) from it, had to be right away for this mess, and what a mess.  I can provide all of these things and if there is any doubt that he did the work, plenty of people saw him.  Sorry, it took a little longer, out of town for a death in the family, I will get these things together now.
