Baystate Winsupply

Scheduled a “required by city” appointment, took day off work and was home all day. No one rang/knocked- I assumed the work was completed without the need to enter the house. Guess not- received a letter from the town threatening water shut off as “no appointment made”. Phone number given in letter for Winsupply is not in service….
