Dear Revdex.com, What the customer stated did take place Unfortunatly Hyundai's corporate battery replacement policy is the vehichle must be here at the dealership The reason for this is without the vehichle there is no proof what car it came from We tried to explain this to the customer but she didn't agree If she chooses to bring the battery with the vehicle we will gladly pro rate the old battery verses the puchase of a new one As far being able to start the vehicle we explained jumper cables would start the vehicle If it dosent jump start we explained the issue is more than just a dead battery I hope this answers the dispute If any additional information is needed please fee free to contact me on my cell at Best Reguards, Jarryd Van O [redacted] General Manager Baytown Hyundai
