As of now, I requested 2 dates to chose from to get the doors installed but have not heard back from [redacted]. Third, I told [redacted] that I could supply additional soil for the back yard but haven't received a positive reply. Fourth, I got the okay on the street inlet and that is now in motion. It had to be ordered. Fifth, as with all housing that has a basement, the ground will take a year or two to settle out. Komark Ltd gives additional dirt to the homeowner at no charge. The homeowner is responsible for spreading it. I can give on request two names of people I have done this in the last two weeks in the Orchard.
Finally, we do not do radon testing or mitigation.
