They are a higher thread count, microfiber polyesterSo easy to take care of, VERY soft, well made, best of all they won't wrinkle! I got my for deal! I got an amazing pillow with my purchase as well!!! The service could not have been better!!! They even let my mom use the massage chair for awhile! The prices could not have been better!!

I should of done my homework a little more, I figured all property management companies are a likeI am constantly being bothered with trivial issues of our rental propertyThe tenants they rented our home to are very questionableWe are getting frequent text from our old neighbors about the disruption they are creating in the quiet neighborhoodRecently they have moved and are now taking quite awhile to distribute fundsIt took them days to distribute rental funds that was supposed to be certified funds from the renterExplanation from our property manager...they were waiting for funds to clearCertified or not that is ridiculously longOur property manager, Tessa, is not very helpfulI did most of the work to line up vendors to maintain the propertyIt takes several attempts to contact her to get a responseDefinitely look elsewhereI can not wait till our agreement ends with them ***UPDATE - Finally got the tenants evictedSouthwest Management misspelled the name of the tenant on the court orderTenants things took a month to get outThen I had to personally clean a lot of things because the property was in bad shape and Southwest Management was "dragging their feet"It took over another month for Southwest Management to bring the property back to ALMOST rental conditionStill missing fixtures in the houseI decided to end my relationship with them, and asked them to fix things and replace fixtures with security deposit from tenantThey refuse since I decided to end the relationshipThey said to pick up keys and garage remote (I gave them two though)Still have my funds from the security deposit though and was told I have to waitI think it is time to visit the Ombudsman's office that they maybe mismanaging funds in trust and are slow to disburse...commingling other funds and usage maybe?...don't knowJust beware of them

Recently they have moved and are now taking quite awhile to distribute funds. It took them 22 days to distribute rental funds that was supposed to be certified funds from the renter. Explanation from our property manager...they were waiting for funds to clear. Certified or not that is ridiculously long. Our property manager, Tessa, is not very helpful. I did most of the work to line up vendors to maintain the property. It takes several attempts to contact her to get a response. Definitely look elsewhere. I can not wait till our agreement ends with them.

Not sure if this is the best place to address my issue but after calling and writing this place 6 times I see not other option. My minor son currently attending college was sent an invoice for a processor that was paid for by my insurance. We agreed that bill would be covered by the insurance during the one and only call they answered. Months past without hearing from the Pathology Group now I get a FINAL NOTICE letter. It was turn over to a collection agency but no one knows the name of the company. I finally gave up and sent a check that was cashed and later refunded. I have tried to get an explanation but keep getting the Automated Attendant. Future patients be aware of their procedure. Still unresolved!
