I have been trying to reach this company because I am requesting any and all itemized documentation about a debt that was paid in the amount of ***
I have been trying to reach Bayview Asset group because I am requesting any and all itemized documentation regarding a debt that was paid in the about of *** on February 27, 2020 the file number is listed as XX-XXXXXX. I have called several time within this week and last week and every time I send an email I am sent back with this email is not found. The *** was income tax for 2019 that was meant to clear up all debt collections with the company called Evergreen Collections in Yakima, Wa. We have yet to hear back for Bayview assets groups that also represented themselves to us as a law firm. We are wanting to know if the debt was paid or if this company just scammed us out off *** and the debt that we though was going to be paid was actually never paid off.

Recived callfrom a*** said she was from Richmond County and need to call looking for me to go to court and be served papers for it. Case Number ***. I called *** and spoke with a ***. He said I owed on a chase cred card for $*** and they were willing to settle for $***. Stupid me give my debit card number and they took the $***. It came out as from First Financial with a phone number of *** whick a fraud number. I have put in a dispute for I was scammed out of my only money with Chase Freud. I called chas bank Recovery unit and they said I have no credit card with them I have paid all of them off in 2008. A ***, Director of Administration of Bayview Asset Group sent me a email under DocuSign and I signed it. I did not realize I was being scammed. Now it is to late they got their money and this is all fraud. Where do I go from here?
