Our leasing agent was not made aware of the short term fee for a month lease by the previous community managerHe said that he was told about it after *** signed her leaseShe applied on January 25th and the lease was cancelled on March 10, Per our policy if an applicant
signs and cancels their lease after hours they do not receive their deposit or admin fee backIf they cancel within the hours the deposit is refunded but not the admin feeShe did receive her deposit backMs*** also spoke with the new community manager and was once again informed about our policy She was not happy about the admin fee but we had not heard back from her until we received the letter from the Revdex.comRegardless of the short term fee, the lease was not canceled within the hour windowHowever, we did refund the deposit in full and not the admin fee

apologized to *** and told her that he would have to turn it into his insurance I did not have any other thefts reported during that time*** did enter a service request thru her portal asking if we could put stakes up to prevent the birds from nesting, this work order is still openMaintenance did power wash the stairs and breezeways on 8/and again on 8/Due to several emergencies our maintenance team has not been able to go over and take care of that service request*** entered the work orders for the screen, stain on patio, fireplace and the dishwasher latch towards the end of SeptemberThe only work orders that she turned in the beginning of July was to check for any water leaks due to her water bill and a pest control request which both of those have been completedAs for the gas bill the last time she submitted a work order was on March 15thShe just put in a work order on 9/asking for us to turn it onAs for the water sewage these bills due run behind and they vary depending on the usage*** keeps telling us that there are only residents in that apartment but every time our maintenance staff went to the unit ***’s boy-friend is there and we see his car there all the time and see him on propertyShe recently submitted her new renter’s insurance policy to us and his name is listed on the policyWhen I asked her about him living there she tells me that he is overseas and is only back here for a couple of days a month
When *** submitted her application for the apartment, there was some confusion with the floor plan and size. She was given the only unit we had in the size available at that time
We will not terminate the lease early unless *** and her roommate would like to use the early term clause per the signed lease agreement

This place outright lies about what you are going to receive when moving into an apartment. Walls were supposed to be newly painted a particular color and were painted in 3 different colors, none of which was the color promised. Upon moving in the apartment had not been cleaned at all. There were dead bugs on the floor, the toilets were dirty, the floors were dirty, there was hair and rocks in the washer/dryer.

We had a problem on day one of moving in about 1 door having a large gap in the frame and you could see daylight through this. It took about 4 calls to the office and 5 months for them to even look into this issue. Once they looked into it they just placed some weatherstripping in the door and they called it good. This did not really fix the issue as there is still a giant gap between the door and frame. They then blamed the entire issue on us.

There is a severe problem with bird droppings in the stairwells of the buildings that you must walk through to get to your apartment. It takes multiple complaints to fix this issue and then it happens all over again in about a month or two.

Management for the first 5 months was non-existent, I believe I had only met the manager 1 time ever.

The apartment complex appears to also house some questionable people as some sort of halfway house type of scenario. There are many people here that all board some van/bus every day that take them to or from some place and brings them back. The bus that shuttles them decides to park where ever it pleases and this can cause problems with people parked in proper spots not being able to back out. It also appears some of the people riding this shuttle do not even live here but park in the complex spaces and this does not leave enough room for people that live here to park.
