I have received a letter from Revdex.com regard a complaint of *** *** *** resides at *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***The complaints he disputing are not accurate and I believe his misunderstanding things , when they received a notice from me for example late fee notice,
I explain to his wife *** and to *** the reason why a late fee is being applied, he gets an aggressive attitude with me using fault words. I also received an email from *** with impropriate remarks they called the police regards a late fee. These unit is furnished they requested for their couch to be remove ASAP, My obligation is to ask why! she said we give her a dirty couch with bugs, ( she email me a picture of the insects they seem to look like bedbugs ) as I tried to explain I was ignored refused to talk to me , They got in touch with my Boss ***, He also explained to the best way for them to understandunit was to be inspected by a professional . They refused for the exterminator to enter their unit Had no choice but to post a hour notice to enter to their unit and have pest control exterminator inspect their unitI recently had called and email ***. I treat everyone equally and fairThank you!

Revdex.com: she never posted anything about an exterminator comming into our home at anytime. She left a message stating they found beetles and not bed bugs? So she enterd my unit without consent. We asked her to answer us back though email so we can have every word on record. She refuses to answer back nor does she fullfill our work orders. For 2 years no one has sprayed the unit for bugs. Nor fix our roof from.leaks and caving in since the beginning of the year. She trid to steal 1600 last year from my bank by charging me twice. The second invoice she made was when my rent was only 1500 and she tried charging us 1600 with my old address. So if that is not embezzlement than who did it because that was a low blow! Also not answering back my emails and continue to keep charging us late fees. You explained it to the cop so they told us why! Never have you emailed us back. Just keep running and playing phone tag or posting stuff on my door. Its nearly impossible to get a hold of the management!
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
