What she purchased was a A.C. unit and that is what she got. Alot of new units have opt. heat if want to purchase upgrade. She also called about having roof sealed we did and have not been paid for it yet. So I guess I would resolve this by not having her pay for roof seal [redacted] Thats all I would do.
