Bayville Car Wash & Lube

Review: I brought my vehicle to the said business due to a leaking tire about 1.5 months ago. They advised me they were able to plug the tire safety and they explained that they stood behind their plugs should there be an issue. About 3 weeks the tire began to leak again and not hold any air pressure. Bayville car wash and quick lube is over an hour from my home and I was unable to get back to them due to the flat tire. I brought the vehicle to a repair shop in Parlin, NJ who explained the plug hole was too big as well as it being a safety issue due to the plug being located too close to the side wall of the tire which is illegal in the state of NJ. When contacting Bayville Car wash and quick lube they quickly stated they are not responsible for damage to the plug due to them not knowing the driving condition which I drove. I am not sure anyone can know driving conditions and if this was the case they should have stated they do not stand behind their work due to this fact.Desired Settlement: I feel as though I should be reimbursed for the cost of the new tire which is 132.00 dollars due to Bayville Car wash and quick lube plugging the tire in an illegal fashion which caused a safety hazard. I would like this refund in the form of payment in which I paid for the initial service.
