Well I don't really know what he means by "rejecting" the response Our response is simply a statement of fact, regardless of how many times he called whatever number he wants to provide The fact is this cus***er had no trouble reaching us at all when he wanted to place the order and no trouble reaching us many times after that I know that he had the phone number for ***, one of the owner that is often in the office, and anyone can always reach [redacted] either via email or by phone Just to clarify, yes it IS hard to reach ***, the owner, on his cell phone, because he is frequently out of the area However, it is NOT hard to reach someone at Baywatch Regardless, this is no longer a matter for the Revdex.com, or anyone else, because the cus***er charged the amounts back to his credit card and has already been refunded that way, so there is no longer any further issue By "not accepting" the response this cus***er appears to be trying to "hurt" Baywatch in some way, which is highly inappropriate, because the bot [redacted] line is he has already been refundedThere is nothing more to do for him In addition to that, Baywatch is actually the one that is owed something at this point, because although the cus***er has been refunded, he still has all the equipment we shipped to himWe have not received any of it back, and we have received no reply to our attempts to contact him via email

While I'm sure it is accurate that this cus***er tried to call ***, who is the owner of Baywatch, he certainly didn't try to contact me or the other owner, and we are in the office all the time He definitely had my contact information, and could have easily reached the other owner, ***, who
is in the office as well The one person he was calling is out of town frequently and unable to call back He may not have known that, but the fact is he COULD have reached myself or *** with just one call or email, so it's more than a little disingenuous to try to make it appear to the Revdex.com (or anyone else) that we were just ignoring him When I found out about this complaint, I reached out to him via email because he has charged back the card, however he has not returned the merchandise I have not yet heard back from him As I explained to him, if he had let myself or *** know about the issues, we would have immediately corrected any problem, or refunded him if that's what he chose If a product is not working, we would do whatever we could to make it right for any cus***er, provided they give us the opportunity to do so, which he did not

I am rejecting this response because: I called every phone number that was on the receipt or web siteIt is easy for me to provide proof that I did, Its called cell phone recordsSince know one would return my call and help me with the problems with my brand new heate ($3500), I had to purchase a new *** 60,btu burner box (cost $1500), which is the right spec for 20ft u-shape radiant heaterThey sent me a 100,btu burner box, which was wrong and unsafe according to *** and it did not workI had about $1,extra cost to my plumberRemember I order this heater in septso I would have heat in DecemberWhen there was problems with the heater and it did not work, and then finding out it was the wrong and unsafe spec and they would not help me or re turn my calls, I had no choice to go out and buy my owe parts to have heat in my building so the water lines won"t freeze
