I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
We don’t think Bayway’s response is acceptable due to
following reasons:
1.
Regards ‘Bayway
[redacted] has not misinformed our customers on the features of our vehicles’, we
have mentioned in our complaint that we did discussed the features of our
vehicle with our sales rep during sales process, we asked our sales rep to list
all features our car has, and we have support documentation to show what our
sales rep circled for us, after we drove car home we found out that we did not get
what we were told. We also emailed a
copy of our documentation to the sales manager.

Regards ‘Bayway [redacted] has not … engaged in deceptive sales practices’,
Bayway [redacted] never response us on why our price is only $380 less than the first
one that is priced $2,295 higher, we have all documentation to show the first lease
quote and our current lease price. Before we signed the lease, we have asked
our sales rep do we get all discounts the other car has, the answer is ‘Yes’, we
fully trusted our sales rep and Bayway dealer.
We even called [redacted] Financial Service to question our lease price later,
the director admitted that we were overcharged at first, and then later denied
what she said.
3.
Regards ‘Bayway
[redacted] did offer to have features added to the vehicle at a minimum cost which Bayway [redacted] would be
willing to participate monies toward in the name of customer service’,
as we already mentioned in our complaint, the reason we are not satisfy with
Bayway [redacted]’s offer is because we will ends up paying more than the first car quoted
for us, which is fully equipped with all features, and which is priced $2,295
higher than the car we get.
4.
Since we are getting the car that is less priced
for less features, we would like to get our lease price corrected to reflect
what we get. We think this is very
reasonable request.
