Review: We had Bazaar remove, clean, and rehang the blinds and drapes in our home. The set they hung in the kitchen were left incomplete... They hang too high on the wall, leaving too large a gap on the bottom. Also, they did not tack the upper edges so the top of the panels droop. The job was not completed professionally. I know this because Bazaar did the original install of these drapes 7 years ago and did a very professional job at that time. Unfortunately that is not the case this time.
I spoke with [redacted] last week Friday about the issue. She said she would talk with the installer and get back to me with a resolution but I have not heard from her since. We would like them to finish the job we paid for.Desired Settlement: Bazaar should rehang rod to correct height for drapes and properly tack up top edges, just as they did with the original install they did 7 years ago. Rehanging these drapes after cleaning should look the same as original, not the way they left them this time.

Response:
We are aware of the issue with the Drapes for this
customer. In fact, a new issue has come up as well with the rod and drapes in lower level that fell down.
These lower level drapes and rods were not purchased
through Bazaar but also suffered water damage in the customers
home. When drapery
fabric gets wet the fabric can shrink, stretch,
discolor, etc. All drapes were rehung on their existing rods in the exact same position where they were hung
the first time. The drapes in the kitchen must have shrunk when they got
wet. The rod in the lower level might have fallen down due to the drywall
getting wet and now is not able to support the
weight of the drapes. We will look at this issue and resolve it the best
way that we are able to.
We have contacted the customer and we are returning to her
house to rehang the kitchen drapes and review the lower
level issue this Friday, April 25th.
Thank you,
