We did this job for the gentleman and have talked about repair he also became very rational as he told me his wife had got cancer I went to look at the job and he said he apologizes he felt he took out his problems out on me which was not very nice so it lid him when we slowed down that we wold come back and rip out a very small peice of concrete and then started asking me to do a peice of concrete for free I will contact the gentleman and get this resolved as that is not how we run our business thank you

I will definitely agree to replace the peice we talked about we are willing to have it done with in buisness days from today sorry about the delay we will contact customer and get it replaced thank you
