[redacted] & his company(s) are a con. I contracted a property to him as a lease to buy 5 years ago. The contract is up (as of Mar 2012). His business phone is disconnected & my property is in foreclosure. Mr. [redacted] parades himself as an honest business man, but is nothing but a snake oil salesman. Basically as long as someone lives in your property & pays the mortgage, they will pay your mortgage. Your credit suffers when they decide not to honor the contract. Mr. [redacted] has moved. Most likely the business name has changed. The con is still the same. DO NOT fall for it. He has also filed for bankruptcy under the old business name. Seek out the documents & ensue u & your property are not listed!!!
