We contracted [redacted] and B&B Affordable Renovations to finish our basement. We are very happy with the results. He turned our ugly grey concrete basement into the light and beautiful livable space where we love to spend our time and play with our children. We constantly get remarks from our friends on the excellent job that our contractor did. We were very demanding customers and [redacted] was very responsible and went out of his way to address any concerns that we had. We checked several contractors before hiring B&B Affordable renovations. [redacted] offered us the best price and the final result was a job of exceptional quality. I am very pleased with the work [redacted] and his subcontractors performed for us. I began converations with [redacted] in late fall 2011 for extensive upgrades to the outside of our home including: new roof, siding, gutters, front portico, gardage doors, a new 4-season sunroom and deck (plus he helped me deal with a waterpipe we discovered needed to be replaced just as we were about to start work on the house.) We started work in the spring.
[redacted] was a great "thinking partner" helping me evaluate different designs, materials, etc. and even took the time to take me to suppliers to check out options. I found all B & B's subcontractors excellent at what they do and a pleasure to work with. [redacted] regularly checked in to make sure I was happy with the work and was quick to respond to any questions or the rare minor problem. B & B's prices are fair. [redacted] goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisified. He and his crew are the kind of contrators I feel lucky to have found.

[redacted] is the type of person you can trust. That helped a lot to make the project easier on me. He accommodated my budget. He did a fantastic job. He was always on the top of the project and helped me to get the most that I can without going over the budget. I would definitely recommend him.

B&B was extremely professional throughout the duration of our new 20' by 23' family room addition project. We are extremely pleased with the final result and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. [redacted] worked closely with us to make sure we were happy with each phase of the project. When we encountered unexpected challenges during the project relating to the project design, we worked together to address and resolve them. [redacted] is very honest, reasonable, honorable and a great person. B&B's master carpenter, Vinny, is extremely talented, trustworthy, detail oriented in his workmanship and also a great person. The other contractors that [redacted] brought in to help with the project (plastering, painting and insulation) were also very professional and made this a great experience. We would highly recommend B&B services to everyone!

We met with [redacted] last August to renovate our finished basement after we had water damage from very heavy rain the month prior. We called multiple contractors and [redacted] was the most responsive. He addressed all of our concerns in a timely matter and provided a reasonable estimate for us within an acceptable time frame. If we had any questions or just wanted [redacted] to come out and look at something, or run an idea by him, he was there.
We had some time constraints as well, since I was 8 months pregnant with a 3 year old and we were missing a heavily utilized playroom, half bath and laundry room. [redacted] was quick to get started on the project as promised and completed it within the contracted timeframe.
[redacted] and his team were excellent! They put in a sump pump, completely gutted our half bath and made it a full bath with walk in shower and built in linen shelf. They redid our laundry room-built a support for the stone counter, replaced and added cabinets and did the hookup for an under mount laundry sink. They put porcelain tile on the playroom floor and replaced half way up two walls that were ruined by water. We had old lighting changed to recessed lighting.
[redacted] has so many talented members that are part of his team that not only did great work, but went above and beyond in many ways. [redacted] the foreman, [redacted] the plumber, [redacted] the electrician and [redacted] the tile guy were fantastic. They answered all of our questions, kept the area as clean as possible so I could walk through and do laundry (almost daily) since I had the newborn. They reminded us when to get light fixtures, gave suggestions, offered opinions when asked and once offered to help me carry stuff from my car when I was with my 3 year old and newborn. The tile guy even came the Friday after Thanksgiving to help move the project along as soon as he could for us. His professionalism and perfectionism really show in our bathroom tile. They were all great, professional and knowledgable guys. We are very happy with the end result and will use [redacted] again this summer.

B&B did a great job in renovating two vintage 1940's bathrooms in my home. They were easy to work with, did the work on time, and despite unforeseen problem conditions in the bathrooms, came in on budget. The bathrooms look great and we're very happy with B&B's performance.

From the initial meeting with Mr. [redacted], through all construction phases till the final clean up, the work has consistently met inline with our expectations. The project added about 2000 sq.ft of new living space including new large family room, new kitchen, 2 new bedrooms, exercise room, extended garage, front porch and large deck. The construction crew led by [redacted] and [redacted] were friendly, professional and personable, who always worked closely on the project from start to finish. B&B completed my 1500 sq. ft. complete renovation of a single-family house that turned out fantastic. No such thing as too big or too small with these guys.
