I'm writing this letter in regards to a complaint by Mr. [redacted]. Assigned I.D. # [redacted] was given to me in this case. A little information on the contract between [redacted] and myself is as follows: He purchased the vehicle in question on 3/08/2012. He then paid four months,up to July of 20l2,then he hasn"t pd again, at all and the vehicle was repo'd in April, 2013. The [redacted] police were notified and plates were turned in to the [redacted] dmv. A letter was sent to [redacted], whose insurance the car was on, explaining she had a retum coming for the plates. Also told her about the very nasty message he left me about his car being gone. LOTS OF SWEARING. As far as going into his home in far from the truth as I had my own keys to all cars I sell. i'll going to be talking to an lawyer about this matter....cuz its wasnt an repo company came for the car... it was Steve so since he came for the car not an repo company... and yes he did walk in my house cuz I never my door unlock. so I want my refund.. and if I were right from legal aid I can press charges on b&b auto sales
