***, she claimed that was not qualified to perform the work that she hired me forShe was getting the property in question through the *** *** *** ** *** (***) program on which lists of inspector vendors am listed*** *** rushed to complain without asking questions, maybe she was running out of moneyI do not knowShe was texting me asking about the lab results and forwarded her a copy of the lab results via my phone and told her that I would be detailing the findings to her after I was on the field doing inspectionsIn the meantimeI sent her a preliminary guideline on how to read the results until get to my officeShe took manners in her own hands to ask for a refund and accused me of all sorts of malice business practice words, stating that she did not see anything sent to her with my company logo onPATIENCE is a gifthave attached the documents sent to *** since she did not want to listen to reason and let me know if you have any other questionsThank you

The original complaint was about me not being certified.I would like to settle the case as such:The program *** that *** *** was going through had asked for her to get a mold air-testdone by a certified inspector that would show the area of concern clear before going to closing.l) Did *** *** pay someone else to do a different test? 2) Can a copy of the test be provided to see the error in mine?If those two questions can be answered, *** ***'s refund would be expedited to her via *** Thank you

Attached are the mold test results provided by a second inspector I had to hire because *** did not accept the results provided by BB&C Associates due to the fact that there was no outdoor sample taken to serve as a comparison sample.
