Review: I dropped off 9 articles of clothing on January **, 2014. I picked up 7 pieces on February *,2014. I was informed the other 2 pieces were not ready. I attempted to call prior to going over and found that the phone is out of service I went to the cleaners and only received one garment. The male individual working there said he had to go "down to the place" and look for the 9th piece of clothing. It is apparent he has not only lost a garment of clothing of mine but his mind as well. He wants to give me a 'discount' for losing my clothing. I want my skirt replaced. I don't want a discount. This skirt is part of a suit and no amount of discount is going to equal the lost.Desired Settlement: I want to purchase a similar skirt and have B&B pay in full for skirt.
