After ordering their product, I assumed it would be delivered in a timely manner. After reaching out to the company several times to find out when my product would be shipped, there was no response back. The phone number provided on the website goes straight to voicemail, and no one ever returns the call or emails. After reading reviews on this company, people had similar problems. BB Comfort Systems waits until a complaint is filed (to receive your money back) then they will ship your product.

Refund I disputed the charge with my bank. I don't think a company should accept credit transactions if they don't ship the product.
