Review: I am a frequent user of [redacted] and have never had a problem. I bought a [redacted] for B&B months ago and made an appointment. Even though it was June, I was told that 9/10/2012 was the next available appointment. The appointment was set for 9am. Today when they were not here at 9:30, I called the phone number listed. The man (apparently the owner) said his employee's truck broke down on the highway and there was transmission fluid all over the road. He went on to say that he didn't know if he had the money to fix it. I asked him if he was planning to call me to let me know. He got very irate and cussed at me and said he just got the phone call. I told him I know things happen but that he should have notified me as soon as it happened. If the driver's truck broke down on the way to my 9am appointment, he should have called me 45 minutes earlier. He told me to "go get a f[redacted]in refund from [redacted]" and hung up on me. I took the day off work for this appointment and then get treated like this from the owner of the business? Unacceptable. I want everyone I know not to ever use this company. I have been a small business owner in Columbus for 11 years and would never ever treat a customer or even a complete stranger like that.Desired Settlement: I believe [redacted] will refund me for the $89 price I paid. If not, I expect a refund from the company. An apology would be nice, but I don't expect that to happen.

In regards to the complaint made on B&B Custom Mobile Detailing, LLC. I am responding to give clarification to the events that occurred on the date in question. I realize that there should have been a phone call to the customer in regards to not being able to get to the appointment. In retrospect I was concerned for my employee who was stranded on the highway with a broken down van leaking fluids out of the vehicle. When I spoke to [redacted]she was upset and not speaking in a respectful manor. I tried to explain to her that I was sorry for the inconvenience, but was concerned for my employee. I also advised her that if she was not happy to contact [redacted] and they should be able to take care of any concerns you have. During the conversation there was no cussing towards Dawn. I did advise her if she continued speaking in a disrespectful manor that I was going to hang up. I advised her to contact [redacted] and hung up due to the way she was speaking towards me. Again I do apologize for the inconvenience and if [redacted] is not able to take care of the situation then we will try to rectify some remedy with the customer.

It is absolutely untrue. He was not fearful for his employees's safety. He was upset in having to honor the [redacted] in the first place. He was the one with the inappropriate behavior. He feels that he can intimidate women with verbal threats. He will lose customers with his behavior, so I guess that will have to be my satisfaction. [redacted] may not be able to do the refund due to a class-action suit. If [redacted] does not refund the $89 I paid, I will be requesting the refund from the business. I will not go there and have any work done, so that will not be an acceptable solution. If he wants to end this now, he is welcome to mail me a check.
