B&B Home Rental Properties

Mid April a tree fell on the house that I rent from B & B Home Rental Properties, LLC and have been in for 12 years. Called the landlord and partners got no call back or any other response. [redacted], the landlords were in the neighborhood. I caught him and personally had him come look at the branch in our roof all he said was this is an insurance thing left. We have yet to see any kind of insurance adjuster. This is two and a half months later the kitchen ceiling fell in.(6/16/2013) We had gotten at least 6 inches of rain in the last 2 months. Leaving exposed blown in insulation. Called the landlords several times to keep them informed either his voice mail was full or we left messages. The landlord has been in the area because he has 3 other properties in the immediate area(within 200 ft of this house)The landlord sneaks in and out of here like I'm not going to know that he was here. My grandchildren also reside in the residence. My 4 year old granddaughter was born with Cystic Fibrosis and my 5 yr old grandson was diagnosed with child hood asthma. This is extremely dangerous for a child with respiratory illness. When we contacted The University of Minnesota Cystic Fibrosis clinic( where my granddaughter is treated for Cystic Fibrosis and were advised to get the children out of the house as soon as possible. It has been very difficult to find a home in our small town available to rent. I am in the process of moving out of here. I can't keep these children in this house any longer. My Landlord and his business associates are not there for the people they rent to. It is wrong that he has put two children's health at risk.
