#f7f7f7;">I am sorry your experience with it was not what it should have beenNot once during the cover did anyone tell me to stop or say it did not look how they wishedMost girls that see how the cover up looks will say they do not like how it looks and I will stop and not charge themNot only did I do yours, but I did a few other girls and not one of you spoke upHow am I suppose to know if you like it if you do not share your thoughts? All your tattoos were super big and black, I doubt any other airbrush would've looked betterI told you and the bride when you booked that airbrush tattoo does not cover everything but will leave a shade to the skin of where it was coveredBut the bride still insisted to have the tattoos overedIt is not our fault that the bride insisted in the covering, as we knew you all wanted to not spend the money to cover it upSo you wore the cover up to the wedding as the bride persisted, and now you want a refund?? Again, if you do not like something, you should of told us day of, instead of wearing it...and then wanting your money back after wearing the applicationNext time your UN happy with something I highly suggest speaking upIt has nothing to do with how I run my business, Thank you so much for all your thoughts on that postDue to the fact that you proceeded with the air brush, and did not have me stop we will not be refunding your moneyNext time tell me you do not like itHave me take it off of you, and you will not be chargedAnd it can be handled professionally Thanks BB

The owner was very rude to me and my daughterI will never return to this store! She also does not clean her tools properly and she doesn't know about the ingredients in her makeup line she claims she makesThe makeup seems overly priced for the quality

border-left-">We apologize for the incontinence that this may have causedUnfortunately, due to the specific complaints we see, they do not quite make senseThe specific gland that is being claimed was blocked is in fact underneath the lid, hidden between skin tissue and the eye’s corneaIf the lashes were in fact glued to the skin, it would not cause any blocking that was spoken ofEye lashes can fall out for a number of reasons, including simple things like Mascara or even an eye lash curlerThe hair in the follicle will grow back to replace the previously fallen out, as any natural body cycle will doThe client had been in BB before, and said her eyes were sensitive prior, and because of this, our employee specifically asked if the client was sure before proceedingThe client still gave their consent, and we went further to apply the eye lash extensionsThe Client has been to our store, and we are very specific upon our rules and because of this, she knows our policyThe Client mentions Blepharitis, which is a common eyelid inflammationIf in fact her eye lashes had fallen out, that is a symptom of BlepharitisThe Client had complained of sensitive eyes before hand, which means she could have very well had this prior to the extensionsOften times, this diagnosis is linked with improper eyelid hygieneThe Client is also involved with a competitor, which makes us unable to determine the sincerity of the situationUnfortunately, due to the Client agreeing to the lashes despite their eye condition and knowing out policy, we can not move further in resolving the situation

Being that it was her job to do the coverup it should also be her job to make sure that the job looks FULLY doneNone of us girls were never told on how much it would have been covered upThe owner herself could clearly see that they were not covered but was still wanting to charge us for something that wasn't totally complete is wrongWhen you pay someone to do a job it is expected to be done completely not half wayThat is poor business.

I know what a removal of a tattoo is. Maybe you should explains things like this to the client yourself about tattoo coverups. Tattoo coverups should be where the tattoo is covered to not be seen not just "faded". That gives people the wrong impression of the work that is being done.

Tattoo cover up is not tattoo remover. We simply use makeup to cover up and fade the tattoo. Price is determined on size so when you all booked, I didn't see the tattoo until day of wedding. And I told you price of the round about total before we started. Price depends on size and how much makeup is used. Which I told each and every one of you. Makeup use is determined obviously after the application is complete because each tattoo is different in size and shape, no price is determined prior to starting the cover up. With big black tattoos, it is not a removal of the tattoo, it simply is what you got is a makeup airbrush tattoo cover up which fades the tattoo, it does not remove the tattoo. To remove the tattoo, you will need medical assistance.

Thanks BB.

I had scheduled an appointment for Bridal makeup over the phone. I was urged by the receptionist to schedule a trial appointment along with booking the actual wedding day, as their schedule will fill up fast! I went ahead and took her advice and set up the two appointments. I was asked to give my credit card info and that I would be charged for my trial makeup up front and the wedding makeup the day of my wedding. I had my trial makeup done by [redacted] (the salon owner). In my opinion the makeup looked nice, but maybe a bit heavy for a wedding. However the future husband hated it. So naturally I decided to cancel my appointment. My wedding date is close to 3 months away and didn't think this would be a problem. Long story short....I called to cancel and was informed that my credit card would be charged for the full appointment anyway. I explained that no one had told me about this policy. I cancelled the appointment and told them that they are not authorized to charge my card for a service that has been cancelled. The owner called me back a few hours later and said that I should have told her that I didn't like the makeup. She went on to say.....and I quote! "I didn't tell you about my policy because you seemed so happy to schedule your appointment. I then explained to her that she has a responsibility to fully explain her policy to anyone making an appointment. She said " I don't like the way you are talking to me. You are being BHY!!!" .....Yes, This really happened! The owner of a business actually said this to me. UNBELIEVABLE! ......Not informing the public of your policy and then trying to hold them to it, is a total SCAM!.... I am in shock at the way this salon owner treated me. I would also like to ad that I have NEVER! written a bad review about anyone before today. I hope that I can prevent another bride from being treated with such careless disregard and unprofessionalism.
