change the brides trial date to a date where we had a stylist available for both her trial and her wedding date. We were able to schedule the bride with a stylist that was available for both her event date and her trial date and had an appointment for her trial scheduled for 9/19 which she canceled by voice mail a few days prior to her date. I gave the bride other options for another trial date and she said she could only do a trial at one day and one time which was not available because it was a Saturday and we were already booked for the one date she chose. Instead of trying to make another trial date work the bride did not even cancel her event date with us but booked another BB store for her date before she even canceled with our Hastings location. The Hudson location informed me of this change not the bride and later the bride also canceled with the Hudson location as well even though they were also able to accomodate her on her date when she had scheduled. So at no time were we unable to not schedule the same stylist for the bride for a trial and her wedding date and we even had a trial date set which she canceled on. It seems to me the brides story to her bridesmaids was not truthful and for the reason that her bridesmaids were going to loose their deposit because the bride wanted to change locations for reasons other than what they were told. We did hold the dates and times that were scheduled with the deposits like we said we would do and therefor no refunds were available. Deposits are not refundable because the bride chooses not to make her trial date and not schedule another date. Store policy is that deposits are not refundable and brides and bridesmaids are told that their deposits are being used to hold their date and time slot when they call to schedule and put deposits down.
